Volunteering

We love having people who are passionate about helping young people come along and help with our projects.

No experience is required, but liking young people is a good place to start.

Please fill out a form if you are interested.

No experience is needed for mentoring or youth work, just a non-judgemental attitude and an ability to chat with young people. Training is provided.

Behind the Scenes

You don’t have to just help out on the ground, we would also welcome volunteers behind the scenes. If you have a few hours to spare and have fundraising or marketing skills, we would love to hear from you.

Alternatively, you could consider being involved in our organisation’s leadership by becoming a trustee.

Trusteeship is a great way of contributing to causes you care about and developing strategic and leadership skills at the same.

You can get involved in the incredible work our Branches are delivering for young people in our communities.

We are looking for people with the following skills: Finance/accounting, safeguarding, youth work, leadership, people management, communications, marketing, event planning.

We also value life skills, a willingness to learn and get involved and a good sense of humour!

If you have an interest in helping to develop and lead our organisation as a member of our Board of Trustees, please contact us or submit a declaration of interest form.

Monique - one of our amazing volunteers:

"Volunteering is an invaluable use of your time – you get so much out of it. I'm doing something useful, and doing it in my own community, where I live and grew up. Worth Unlimited has been great to work with, very organised! I feel supported by the youth workers, very welcomed, and impressed with all the support I get."
