WORTH UNLIMITED IS A NATIONAL ORGANISATION WITH A DIFFERENCE!

We were established as a national response to the social exclusion of young people during the 90’s, but what makes us unique is our focus on supporting local people who are passionate about their own communities and want to make a difference to the lives of young people in their neighbourhoods. Many have ideas for projects to help others live more fully, but they often don’t know where to start, don’t want to take on complex management responsibilities and don’t want to deal with the governance and compliance issues of being a charity. All of this can get in the way of great ideas becoming reality and serving the people who would have benefitted. These local groups join us as branches, within our legal structure, and we enable them to deliver innovative projects.

We also have organisations that have joined our family, but remain their own independent charities.  We refer to these as Partner Branches and they play a full part in the life of our organisation/family.

In total we currently have 6 branches across England, each delivering programmes and projects which are tailored to their local context.  Our focus on enabling locally focussed passion means that we have a broad range of activities taking place around our projects - from a Youth Bus to a Mentoring project to a Bike Social Enterprise.
