Victoria Williamson

Trustee

Victoria has worked at Spark part time since 2014 looking after the administration, funding and day to day finances. She is a wife and mum to 2 children and enjoys all sporting challenges! She loves seeing the difference Spark makes to the lives of young people and their families and as of 2023 has stepped up to become our newest board member.

Ashley Collishaw

Trustee

Ashley joined the board of Worth Unlimited in 2017 and is the lead pastor at Cheltenham Network Church (CNC). Originally from Nottingham, Ashley trained as a professional actor at the RSAMD in Glasgow and worked in theatre for a decade. After working for St Mary’s Bryanston Square in London he trained to become a vicar at Wycliffe Hall and completed his curacy at All Saints Worcester.

Rachel Lampard

Trustee (Acting Chair)

Rachel works for the Methodist Church in Britain, seeking to help Christians speak and act on issues of justice and peace.  She also has a background in gambling regulation and has been a trustee of a number of charities.  She has three very children who love cycling and walking, and she tries to keep up with them.

Malcolm Smith

Trustee

Having worked in youth focussed charities for 18 years Malcolm is now the MD of Youthworx Ltd, supporting charities development & providing wellbeing services to small business and individuals.  Malcolm was first involved with Worth as a volunteer at University, before going on to work for YFC & YMCA during which time completed PG Diplomas in Youth Work & Management Studies. 

Sara Taylor

Trustee

Working for the youth organisation Urban Saints, Sara seeks to source, train & support volunteer teams to advocate for & journey with young people. Previously studying Informal Education, Community Development & Psychological Well-being, she is currently completing a PhD. A mother of two boys, she loves family time & nature. In her spare time, Sara volunteers as an editor for Youth & Policy and Grove Books. 

Mark Watson

Trustee

Mark joined the board of trustees when Worth Unlimited merged with Dare2.  He has a proven track record of growing numerous companies into hundred million dollar businesses.
