Adele Rogers

Branch Leader (Spark)

Adele co-founded Spark in 2009 as a result of seeing a need to support young people in the area. She believes that there is a huge amount to be done to meet the emotional and mental health needs of our young people and is passionate about making a difference by providing a service that is accessible to everyone.  Adele is married with one child.

Helen Perry

Branch Leader (Waltham Forest)

Helen joined Worth Unlimited in 2011 from Waltham Forest council's youth service. Having worked for Care for the Family and Oasis Trust, Helen graduated with a First in Youth Work & Informal Education from YMCA George Williams College. Now the Leader of our Waltham Forest branch, Helen enjoys working one to one with young people and supporting other youth workers to learn and grow.

Dan Sandford-Smith

Branch Leader (Birmingham&Solihull)

Dan has worked for Worth Unlimited since 2009. Previously leading the development of youth work across Yardley, Dan became Branch leader in June 2023. He is passionate about seeing young people utilise their gifts, skills and talents - becoming real “change makers” within their communities.  He is married to Steph, has one daughter and loves coffee, cycling, rugby and photography.

Carol Parker-Cowan

Branch Leader (Doncaster)

As well as working for Worth Unlimited, Carol is a Messy Church Leader.  She is enthusiastic about keeping fit, aerobics, cycling and walking and passionate about helping young people to ‘grow’.
