Counselling Coordinator

Are you passionate about young people’s mental health? Do you have more than 2 years’ experience as a qualified counsellor, as well as the leadership and management skills to inspire a team of counsellors?

Spark offers counselling, mentoring and family support to young people aged 11–25 in Epping Forest.  We are looking for a Counselling Coordinator to join our small team of core staff – and our big extended team.  Together with our Branch Leader, you will lead our counselling programme, supporting young people on their journey to improved mental and emotional wellbeing, by managing the provision of counselling sessions at our offices in Loughton and in local schools.

An enthusiastic, flexible individual, you’ll be keen to use your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to manage a team of counsellors.  You’ll be excited about the opportunity to help Spark expand our much-needed provision to meet the ever-increasing demand for mental health support in Epping Forest.

Applicants need to be comfortable in supporting the Christian values and ethos that underpin Worth Unlimited.
