Mentoring Coordinator
Are you passionate about helping young people to realise their potential? And do you have the leadership and management skills to inspire a team of volunteers?
We are looking for a Mentoring Coordinator to join the Spark staff team. You will lead our mentoring programme, supporting young people on their journey to improved mental and emotional wellbeing, by managing the provision of mentoring sessions at our offices in Loughton, in schools and in the local community.
An enthusiastic, patient individual, you’ll be keen to use your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to link up with schools and local organisations and to attract and manage volunteers. You’ll know what makes young people tick, will be committed to equal opportunities and will understand issues relating to safeguarding.
