Welcome to the Forest - the E17 Art Trail!
We're excited to be working with Christian Aid to host an exhibition as part of the E17 Art Trail!
We'll be showing work that explores the theme of "Everyday Lives" for two very different groups. Young people from Waltham Forest are currently creating pieces exploring the experiences, challenges and opportunities they encounter in their day-to-day activities. These will be displayed alongside photographs from a group of Kenyan teenagers who have been taking part in Christian Aid's Picture Power project.
This will be a fascinating glimpse into the shared and varied experiences that young people face, wherever they are. We would love you to come along!
DATES: Friday 7th and Friday 14th June
TIME: 6.30 – 8.30pm
VENUE: 434 Forest Road (Salvation Army building), first floor hall
