Dame Rosie Winterton MP visits S-team, 15 July 2016

S-team Worth Unlimited has been working in Doncaster since 2012.  Our motivation is to help young people grow in self-esteem – hence our branch name  - ‘S-team’.   We achieve this by a range of strategies, which are based on mentoring.  We offer one-to-one and group mentoring and address many of the issues faced by young people between the ages of 8 and 18.  We support them and encourage them in their efforts to become the ideal person that they want to be.  Our programmes focus on self-confidence, positive behaviour and achievement.  We have seen young people transformed with a highly positive impact on their engagement and attainment.

We are delighted to be partly funded by Doncaster Council, 2016-2018, and are currently working to extend our activity throughout the Doncaster area.

Have a look at our September 2016 video update (external YouTube link) which gives a flavour of what we've been doing and the throughts of some of the schools and students that we have worked with.
